Rotary Overseas Training and Test Center as one Rotary global Craft men and Engineers training center, Rotary Engineering invested over S$ 2 million in the 22,000 sq feet staff training center as part of its Global Work Force Scheme (GWF) to double its workforce to 6,000 in the three year. The GWF is a programme undertaken by home-grown Rotary to develop a ready and skilled workforce in order to fuel growth on a global scale.

The GWF is a collaboration with Dalian Jiaotong University that enables us to provide employment to suitable candidates from the university’s cohort of undergraduates going into training programmes customized by the Group to equip them with specific skills for projects in various parts of the world.

OTTC- Dalian

For a start, we have tied up with Dalian Jiaotong University to hire and training at a center established on the university campus. Four workshops in DL OTTC, there are Rotate Fitting, Welding, Electrical and Piping.

OTTC- Fushun

Rotary Engineering also partnered with  Liaoning Shihua University ShunHua Energy Institute, start up OTTC Fushun. It was put into use in April 2008, this is the second Rotary Overseas Training and Test Center, to drive our Global Work Force Scheme.
