RESL has business scope of oil & gas related engineering and construction. RESL has a grade B construction license which allows us to take on construction and maintenance job as a foreign firm.
RESL had undertaken EPC and project management jobs (in collaboration with Rotary Engineering Limited, our parent company) for clients such as Vopak, BP (Zhuhai), Shell (Caojing Shanghai) and Oil Tanking etc.
RESL is currently near the completion of the building of our fabrication workshop cum warehouse, and a simple 3-storey office. This is located in Fengxian, next to Shanghai Chemical Industry Park.
